HOW OUR INTEGRATED PROGRAMS WORK

Integrated training is a concept that incorporates all forms of training in an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system. These forms of training include flexibility training; cardiorespiratory training; core training; balance training; plyometric training; speed, agility, and quickness training; and resistance training.

 

As NASM-trained Personal Trainers, we use the OPT model which is built on a foundation that systematically and progressively allows you to achieve optimal levels of physiologic, physical, and performance adaptations.

The OPT model (Optimum Performance Training™) is based on the scientific rationale of human movement science and will:

  • Decrease body fat and increase lean body mass (muscle)
  • Increase tissue tensile strength
  • Improve cardiorespiratory efficiency
  • Improve strength, power, endurance, flexibility, speed, agility, and balance
  • Increase metabolic efficiency
